Adam is a graduate of Cedar Falls High School, currently majoring in Music Education at the University of Northern Iowa. He has been playing percussion for over 7 years. In high school, he was a 4-year auditioner on percussion for the Iowa All-State Band, was accepted as an alternate his sophomore year, and fully accepted into the band his junior and senior years. He participated in the highest band at the UNI Festival of Bands his senior year, and he has received many Division 1 ratings on solo performances for the IHSMA Solo and Ensemble Festival through his 4 years of high school. He is currently assistant teaching drumline percussion once a week at Waverly-Shell Rock High School. Adam has taught frontline percussion for the Cedar Falls High School Marching Band Camp. He looks forward to using the talent God gave him to teach many others.
